hey folks,

a house around the corner from us has gone on the market.  I don't  
have the street number, but it's a block up Kemp from Old Horseman.

Asking $230k, 2 bd 2 bath, 1775 sq ft, ~1 ac land, built in '73.   
Looks clean from the outside.  Might be under contract, but that  
doesn't prevent you from getting to know the realtor in case such  
things fall through and you are looking to relo.

Kemp isn't a dead-end -- it is a backroad connector between Norwood,  
Carpenter Pond and 98.  But the Paddock (our neighborhood) is pretty  
friendly, no covenents-kind of place with lots of trees.
